For a product refund, return filter to place of purchase (15% restocking fee may apply). A sales receipt or proof of purchase must be included. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Shipping on all returned merchandise is the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified.

Free Shipping is a standard 7-10 business days. Expedited Shipping is 3-4 business days however this does not apply to international orders. ALL international orders attract a shipping fee including orders to Canada, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and all other US territories.
