The Shower Filter Store filter has a 30-day, money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. The money-back guarantee does not apply if the filter has been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, excessive water pressure or temperature, freezing or general misapplication of the filter’s use and purpose. For a full product refund, return filter with sales receipt or proof of purchase. To prevent leakage, please place filter in a sealed plastic bag.
Before returning any product(s), you must call 479-521-7786 for a Return Authorization Number.
All Returns maybe subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
Limited One-Year Warranty
Shower Filter Store warrants all filters for one year from date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship when installed and operated as instructed in the Owner’s Guide. Shower Filter Store will repair or replace any filter that fails to perform due to faulty material or workmanship.
All filters are designed to be used on potable (drinking) water systems; please note the filter’s effectiveness may be limited in the presence of chemicals, such as polyphosphates or chloramines, used by some municipalities. This warranty does not cover damage due to use, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, excessive water pressure or temperature, freezing or general misapplication of the filter’s use and purpose.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, other than that stated herein. Shower Filter Store is not liable for damages arising from the use, misuse or misapplication of this product. If you experience a problem with your filter, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Call 479-521-7786 for help. If your unit needs to be returned, call for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Step 2: Please place returned filter in a sealed plastic bag to prevent leakage.
Step 3: Please enclose proof of purchase along with your name, address, telephone number and a brief description of the problem. Filters under warranty should be sent, postage prepaid, to the following address:
