Q: Is this shower head good for hard water? Also I have a shower head from you and need new filters. Can I get them here too?

A: It will reduce hard water a little but because of its small filter cartridge with limited filtration media it isn’t the most effective. Our April Shower Classic 3-Spray would be a better fit for hard water. All of our units do a great job with chlorine though.

Q:  Is this shower head unit chrome or chrome-like plastic?

A: It is a chromed plastic however the plastic is very strong. It is almost impossible to locate an all-metal hand held shower apparatus these days
